User Agreement

Any person accessing this web site ("User") agrees to the terms of this User Agreement, which describes the conditions under which the Company "Trialogue Ltd" offers you access to our services.

"Trialogue Ltd" no obligation and responsibility to Users for performance or non-fulfillment of such actions.

"Trialogue Ltd" respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. The unauthorized recording, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted work constituted a violation of the rights of the copyright holders. As a condition to your use of the Web site, you agree not to use the Web site to violate the intellectual property rights of others. We will close the account and will block access to the Web site by users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice and without any liability to the user who has been blocked.

In case of damage to third parties, other Users or "Trialogue Ltd", the User agrees to compensate the damage in full, and in the amount stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The User is responsible for all costs (including damages, injury, penalties, legal and other costs and expenses) in the event of third parties filing any claims, including, but not limited to claims relating to protection of intellectual property rights of third parties, and for any liabilities incurred by “Trialogue Ltd” in connection with the claims of third parties relating to or arising out of the User’s breach of this Agreement. The User is obliged to take all necessary and possible measures to release “Trialogue Ltd” from any liability.

When you visit this site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to cooperate with us by electronic means of communication.  We will communicate with you by e-mail or publish a notification in your Dashboard. You agree that all agreements, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy the requirement to provide information in writing. You agree that we can send you an email to notify you of changes or additions to the Web site of any of our products or services, or for those and other purposes.

If you use the Web site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to limit access to your computer. Temporarily or permanently, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, just passing right by your authorized representative. You agree to immediately notify the Company "Trialogue Ltd" of any unauthorized use of your account, Profile and passwords, depending on the circumstances. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for a reason, as we will inform you. If your order is canceled after your credit card was charged a certain sum of money, we will check the flow of funds to the account of "Trialogue Ltd", we will contact the bank and are returned in accordance with the rules of service, as published on this site.

The Web site may from time to time be unavailable due to a mechanical failure, telecommunications, software and other problems. "Trialogue Ltd" can not predict or control when such downtime may occur and can not control the duration of such period.

This User Agreement is effective only after the user has passed the registration process through the Web site and is valid for the entire period of use of the Web site. "Trialogue Ltd" may terminate this User Agreement at any time and thus deprive you access the Web site if you do not conform to the provisions of this User Agreement.

”TRIALOGUE LTD.” MAY AT ANY TIME REVISE THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT. EACH OF YOUR VISIT THE WEB SITE, YOU MUST READ THE WEB PAGE TO DETERMINE THE CURRENT TERMS, WHICH YOU AGREED. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEB SITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE USER AGREEMENT WHILE USING.
